4.3 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly
• Payments are processed through Paddle/Stripe
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• No refunds for partial months

4.4 Cancellation

• You may cancel at any time
• Access continues until end of billing period
• No refunds for unused time

5. User Content

5.1 Ownership

• You retain all rights to content you create
• We do not claim ownership of your writing
• You grant us license to store and process your content to provide the Service

5.2 Responsibility

• You are responsible for your content
• You must not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms

5.3 Backups

• You are responsible for backing up your work
• We provide cloud sync but are not responsible for data loss
• Export your work regularly

6. AI Features

6.1 AI-Generated Content

• AI suggestions are provided "as-is"
• We do not guarantee accuracy or quality
• You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI output
• AI-generated content may not be unique

6.2 API Usage

• AI features use third-party APIs (Google Gemini)
• Subject to third-party terms and availability
• We are not liable for API downtime or changes

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not:
